Ice cream sandwiches


  • oil 100 Grams
  • black chocolate 100 Grams
  • heat-resistant chocolate drops or finely chopped black chocolate 50 Grams
  • brown sugar 80 Grams
  • vanilla sugar 1 Teaspoons
  • egg 1 Nos
  • soda 1/4 Teaspoons
  • baking powder 1/4 Teaspoons
  • flour 100 Grams


Run the oven to 180 ? C.

Put two large trays of baking paper.

Melt in a water bath or in a microwave, butter and 100 grams of chocolate.

Allow the mixture to cool for a few minutes.

Beat the egg with sugar and vanilla until the sugar has almost melted.

Mix chocolate and butter with egg and sugar and mix well.

Add the flour, pre-mixed with baking powder and baking soda.

Finally, add half of the chocolate drops, stir until distributed in the dough.

Using a small spoon of ice cream or tablespoon, spread the dough into 16 equal pieces on the two trays. Form them in circular discs with a diameter of approximately 5-6 cm. Sprinkle with the other chocolate drops.

Bake biscuits for 10-12 minutes.

Once they are ready, let them cool completely before filling them with your favorite ice cream.
