  • pork steaks 4-5 Nos
  • oil (maybe olive oil) 1/3 Cups
  • honey 1 Tablespoons
  • spoon of lemon juice (maybe vinegar - 1 soup spoon ) 1-2 Teaspoons
  • mustard 1 Tablespoons
  • dark soy sauce
  • wine ( beer ) 1/2 Cups
  • pepper, savory


Steaks are washed nicely.

Prepare the marinade by mixing all the products;

first the honey, oil and lemon juice.

Stir to dissolve the honey. If you put soy sauce you will not be able to see if the honey is melted. And add the remaining product and stirred until a homogeneous mixture.

If you like or not any of the ingredients you can add more or less of it.

You don?t put salt because soy sauce is quite salty.

With so prepared marinade smear the steaks, put in a container with a lid in the refrigerator to stand for 1 hour, maybe more.

The rest of the marinade is poured in pot onto ordered steaks.

Arrange them on a tray with little oil, pouring a little water and cover with foil.

You can pour on them the marinade in which they have stayed.

Bake at 200C degrees for about 1 hour under foil. Then the film is removed and re-bake them for another 15-20 minutes.
