  • pork, veal or beef 1 Kilograms
  • (100 ml) fat 1/2 Cups
  • onions 3-4 Nos
  • tomato paste 1 Teaspoons
  • flour 1 Teaspoons
  • paprika 1 Teaspoons
  • wine 1/2 Cups
  • peppercorns 10-12 Nos
  • allspice berries 5-6 Nos
  • parsley


The meat is cleaned from the bones, cut into small pieces and fried in fat with chopped onions.

When the onion softens, add while stirring tomato paste, flour, and paprika.

Pour in the fish broth or hot water, add salt and boil on medium heat.

When the meat softens, add black pepper, allspice, and wine.

The finished dish should remain fat. Serve sprinkled with chopped parsley.
